HOW TO SUBMIT A REFERRAL:

Presentation

“Based on the fact you are at least 19 years of age, uninsured and potentially qualified via your income bracket (Dependent on State & criteria); you may be eligible for free health insurance. I would be pleased to refer and assist you in qualifying by simply filling out this 2-minute form to apply.”

No-Go States

Regarding NY and NJ, both are a no-go for now. NY will forever be a no-go; however, NJ and CA COULD potentially be brought on board in the future with proper preparation. The issue is that these are state exchanges (not federal), with much different processes. Differences include the need for your people to obtain a photo of their driver’s license and an additional account to be created on the state exchange website. While this could be talked about, it’s more work, without any more pay.
